Three missions I submitted in my long post actually do not have a problem.
@klatremus: so you may as well delete them from the first post. ;)

It was just me being bad at loot hunting. The missing coin and scattered coins (5 +20) can be found in the alms box outside the church doors. Looking from outside, the left door needs to be closed so you can get to them.

Not sure what caused my problem earlier, but the quoted loot amount in-game now seems to be correct.
Mansion of Chaos
Someone told me (in another thread) that my missing tiara can be found in the underwater section in the central part of the mansion. Unfortunately, I have no saved game for this mission, so an update to my lootlist will have to wait until I replay it.

@jiansonz re Mansion of Chaos if the missing tiara is in the water room then it is missing as there is a bug that prevents you getting into the underwater room (you keep dying as you try to climb out a tunnel), so yes the tiara maybe in there, but there is no way you can get to it....ill confirm later when i get to MofC in a couple of months but i said as much in my review of MofC in the megathread

Yes, this is right. I just saw this. SHAS every time, like the air would have been lava of something. I tried to get into the passage from the other direction by stacking items (unlimited carrots in this mission!) and jump up into a water tunnel. I got up into the water but the current is too strong downwards for me to swim upwards.
It's strange that the walkthrough at thiefmissions assumes you won't die. Have there been other versions of this mission?

My thinking was is it another possible NewDark bug ? Or was this issue known about before NewDark came out ? That's what I was thinking of checking when I get to it
