Hi,
by enhanced AI I mean things like
1.)Guards relighting Torches
2.)Enemies switching between ranged and melee attacks
3.)Guards noticing missing loot/Guards
Especially relighting torches is something I would love to see in a mission. So are there any where this or any of the above is the case? I know of a mission where you have to avoid the keepers and they were able to switch fighting styles, just forgot the name.

The mission you're referring to is Equilibrium

For the missing loot, well, you can see how it looks with Undercover OM from TG... And you can see via this experience how painful the game become and understand better why no one implement such feature!
The game become impossible without KOing everyone.

It's a very small mission but my FM Off The Record has guards which turn electric lights back on.

If I can ever fix the bugs and get it released, my next mission will have guards that turn lights back on after you turn them off, and switch between sword and bow depending on the player's range.

I'm pretty sure Lord Bafford's Townhouse has guards that turn lights back on.

Any sneak peeks? :P

I've played a small handful of missions featuring guards that turn switched-off lights back on, but they aren't any of those mentioned above and I can't recall their names.

yes, but I still think it is possible to use it for select items - like the big centerpiece of the art collection, or sacred relic on display. Unless you want to ghost, it would only force players to consider anything left undone before grabbing it - and maybe it would only be implemented in stages: easy has no loot alert, on medium the guard will look locally, and on expert they would ring the alarm.
looking forward to nicked's competent guards!
