Stills are pretty much never reflective of the ingame experience so ultimately who gives a shit.
I've found that the more sophisticated the engines get the less useful it is to judge them by screenshots because there are so many post-processing effects that are rendered effectively in real time that look like utter ass in a still image.

AFAIK you just need to block two IPs. You'd have to google it yourself though as I don't know which game you mean :p

- limited installs (not known how many yet)
