And my absolute rule is not getting hurt.
I share that style, if I have to reload 10 times to avoid losing a hitpoint when I fall I'll do it.

Definitely should have been multiple choice.
Yeah, I didn't really think this through :erm:

I only blackjack if I have to, as having AI walking and talking gives the game more atmosphere...

I mix and match styles according to mood.
Just like that.
I try to save my gear by only "blackjacking" guards, killing only when there's no way around it.Monsters and such are fair game.

I'm glad there ain't any murderers around :)

Ghosting. Sometimes. Some maps are better for it than others, and some maps are not ghostable at all or without using the engine glitches (nudging the AI etc.). Overall I always try to be as unnoticable as possible, not ko:ing any AI unless I need to.
Exploring. Depends what you mean by this. Crate stacking & trying to reach high places? Not that often. But I usually do explore every little corner in the level.
Adventurer (without saves). I often try not to save when in a mission, if a guard sees me I don't load. But I save before some parts, like the lava/rope arrow part in Lost City. It'd be very annoying to start the whole level again just because of a simple misjump.
Blackjacking. I used to blackjack everyone in the levels, then realized that it's the easy way out. It's much more challenging to sneak past unnoticed. :sly: As I said I try not to knock anyone out unless there is no other way past them.
Perfect Thief (100% loot). Pretty rarely. I hate being stuck on a mission where I have completed every other objective except the loot requirement. A good example of this was when I went through The Haunted Cathedral in Gold for the first time on Expert. I spent HOURS searching for that last piece of loot. That's why I rarely play on Expert difficulty...
Murderer. Eh, very rarely. It's fun sometimes to mess around in DromEd, adding 50 haunts and trying to swordfight as many as you can without dying... But other than that, I generally don't kill any humans, unless ABSOLUTELY necessary. Undead and monsters on the other hand... :ebil:

I blackjack everyone so that I can explore undisturbed. ;)

I play Thief in a random way. Sometimes I sneak, sometimes I kill. When guards find me, I usually draw the sword and fight it out, rather than just reloading. I've also been known to drop unconscious AIs down sewers and the like too. :)

Applied ghosting. I try to do my missions as discreetly as possible. Avoiding interaction with opponents as much as possible. The main rule is that they shouldn't be able to clearly distinguish me as a thief. Some minor alerts that can't really be linked to intrusion are acceptable, but they should never see my face. Distractions are acceptable but only if absolutely necessary. Get as much loot that is possible to do with reasonable low risks of getting caught. Use minimal amount of disposable tools like arrows. Optionally, all keys should be returned to where i got them. No breaking of anything, including banners that have secret paths behind them.
Basically, no evidence of my visit should be left. Except for all the valubles missing.

I usually play as a Blackjacker. Thought I'd also point out that your usage of Perfect Thief is inaccurate - perfect means both 100% loot AND successful ghosting.
