Zylonbane, however, feels he has to humiliate people by pointing out there mistakes at every opportunity.
That is a baldfaced lie, good sir. How dare you impugn my good name.

Favorite and least favorite are equally hard questions.
Favorites include: practically all maps from thief 2. In particular, Life of the party, and Trail of Blood, FCBT, Lost city (1 and 2).
Least fav: Has to be haunted cathedral. I loved the map but it is the one I'm least likely to replay. At the end I said I swear if this ghost tells me to go back into that cathedral one more time...I thought after I got the eye and ran my ass out that door with 4 hammer zombies and a few creeps after me it was done, oh my was I wrong (That was the first time I played it of course).
God, im sitting here trying to think of one I didnt like and I really cant do it, they were all fucking magnificant.

My favourite TDP mission was The Sword. The architecture was excellent (in a mind-bogging way), especially the spiral room and those with the odd furniture.
Amen. Very few things (even in the thief universe), have made me feel like that. The feeling that your hiding in a corner trying to make sense of somthing that defys all logic, it feels magnificant. I got that feeling while perched in a dark corner watching little people scurry around under me in AvP too, probably the only two games to make me feel like that ever.

I'm sorry, but as offensive as it can be occasionally, I really enjoy Zylonbane's wit sometimes, depending on how well it is delivered. You either get used to it, or become one of his regular targets, lol.
I forgot about Shipping and receiving. I liked that one too. I know a lot of people didn't but there was just so much to do. So many switches, secrets, and so on. I will admit that going up and down the damn stairs repeatedly trying to figure out what the hell I was doing got monotonous, as did getting the stupid secrets on the top floor crates, but overall I really enjoyed it.
Except for the damn spiders. God I hate spiders. If you read this Dia, there you go. Make an FM full of spiders for me, while I try to finish my undead FM to torture you (if I can ever get my stupid HD working right).

while the slaughtered village with the ghost of the girl was haunting (a pity this idea was blatantly recycled in TDS -- though it was so excellently done, one has to forgive it).
I wonder if anyone here ever played Ultima IX and noticed that those same ghosts haunted a couple towns in Britannia!
Seriously, I wonder if Garrett, I mean Garriot gave them his blessing to use the concept, or if they.... borrowed it. :ebil:
Also noteworthy is that our ghosts managed to turn up in Might and Magic IX as well.

I wouldn't think of impugning your good name, even if you had one. A lie? You crack me up. I hear Bill O'Reilly might retire soon; Fox News could use a rhetorical ass like you to fill his shoes. You know, someone who can criticize, but not take criticism. Someone who can insist that something is a certain way (Buh in the dictionary) when he's smart enough to know it's not. Someone who can shamelessly proclaim he never did a thing (criticize others) when the evidence abounds to it, and testimony speaks to it.
His holiness found a typo. Do you suppose that's what whiteout, the erasing ribbon, and the backspace button were invented to for? You know, because everybody except Zylonbane recognizes their own fallibility.
You must be a hoot at family dinners. I bet when the salad fork is used to eat the main course you just go fucking nuts.

Well I've only played TMA so I'll be brief.
Most favourite:First City Bank Mission(It was quite challenging and I loved stealing from a bank :laff: )
Least Favourite:Sabotage at Soulforge(too many children*overload*) I must have spent days on that mission cursing at those convenienatly placed cameras and those spider robots.

For TG, I really liked Down in the Bonehoard ... admittedly, I hated it the first time I played it because I was afraid of zombies and had a hard time navigating, but in later playthroughs I really came to respect and enjoy it. I love how it feels like you're deep underground and exploring truly ancient passages and rooms.
For TMA, I rather liked Truart's mansion. Tons of cool secrets and it has such an interesting, cozy feel to it. Hell, they even had secrets inside of secrets.
Although I wouldn't want to play maps like it all the time, I thought Sabotage at the Soulforge worked well as an end-game mission; when I first started playing it, I just wanted to curl up in a corner and give up. Defeating Karras seemed like such a monumental task, so by the time I was done, I felt both relieved and like a badass.
I didn't care for Escape too much, but it was necessary for the story. I also didn't like Markham's Isle too much, either... It started out looking like it'd be fun and interesting (a lighthouse? sounds cool!) and I enjoyed obtaining Markham's treasure, but the pirate shanties and the base around the Cetus Amicus just felt uninspired and tedious.
