for some reason business as usual fails to download properly from the in-game downloader. Is there somewhere else I can get it? I've already tried finding it, but I wasn't able to find a link.

I don't see why the ingame downloader would currently have a problem with that mission.
All 3 mirrors appear to be healthy and consistent.
But you can always go directly to the TDM site and look up the mirrors for each mission.

Its possible that sNeaksieGarrett has an older version of BaU installed so -
@sNeaksieGarrett, delete the older version and then try and download BaU via the in-game downloader again.

I don't think I did, but I just checked the folder and there was two very small files related to BAU, so I deleted those and now the in-game downloader is working. Before this the downloader would stop every time I tried it and wasn't able to even get to 20%.
