The GOTY edition had the game on 2 discs, and the soundtrack on a third. For whatever reason, a huge batch of them didn't have the third cd.

Jet Set Radio Future for Xbox had some killer tracks.
Shenmue 2 also had a great score.

loved the soundtrack back when i was playing the game. years later, on it's own it's not as great, exluding a couple of pieces which are timeless. American McGee's Alice soundtrack also is of high quality.
