Stalker's soundtrack was pretty creepy at times. Too bad you can only hear it on CD as it's almost inaudible in-game for the most part.

MoozE is an interesting act, the music fits the game, but it's not enough creepy for me. I have an idea of picking up few tracks from my own dark ambient collection, drop them into gamedata and make myself a custom soundtrack... not?

Well I like the idea of making such an audio mod, but unfortunately most of the good stuff is (c) so I can't share it. I'm hanging on Atrium Carceri lately - that music is good if you want to feel like you're in some asylum's seclusion chamber, I'd bet King No One was listening to that stuff when he was plotting the uprising in Shalebridge Cradle.
But I have plenty of Creative Commons albums from Dark Winter Records, so I shall see if I find something suitable there...

Atrium Carceri is the shit. Robert Rich and Lustmord's album "Stalker" (inspired by the movie) may be a good selection, too, appropriately enough.
I have a few Creative Commons stuff I've found randomly laying around, as well, I can dig that stuff up for you.
And when it comes right down to it, PM me 'cuz I'm gonna want it ;)

I disagree that AC is shit, but the amount of samples would possibly interfere with sound FX and confuse player. I'm in favor of Lustmord too.
