I can't work out if he just has console aim or he's just that bad with the mouse. Particularly when he's using that beam weapon. He's also sloppy with the bullet time.
The press button to manipulate object popup makes me think it is a console version. Only the "i mash buttons they fall down hurr" crowd seem to like that type of interface element.

Uh, it's quite clearly the X360 version; you can see the thumbstick icons in the HUD popup.
When the first F.E.A.R. video was shown back in 2004, the player's aim was pretty shocking as well; this was probably deliberate to better show off all of the destruction and special effects.

perseus mandate installed very well on E:\_GAMES for me....
but don't bother, it's like 10minutes of gameplay. one new foe though.

I haven't seen any media related to perseus mandate, but that vid of Project Origin is fantastic!!! WOW!!! I loved FEAR and re-played it twice, including a no-slo-mo run through on the hardest difficulty.

They need to tweak the slomo a little bit in my opinion, it makes the gameplay way too easy. I also did a no slomo runthrough on Extreme and that had good & challenging moments.
