Yup, don't remember where though. Anything you need to know?

As villians go, Fettel is one of my favourites. He has some of the best lines in the whole game.

Sorry Phatose, I should have been clearer. I didn't mean the end cinematic, but rather the end fight; in that respect, it was very similar to Condemned 1 & 2.

Oh, ok then. Yeah, it wasn't much of a finale.

Yeah, no shit. What the Hell problem could someone have w/Steam?
Try using it on a dial-up connection. We'll see what the hell problem you could have with it.
I can't even install F.E.A.R. 2 because of the Steam crap. Money down the drain for me.

you can disable updates in steam -> game -> properties -> do not keep this game up 2 date
You can only disable a game from updating after it has installed and updated the first time and that can take a long time or never. And you can't stop Steam from updating at all. Why?

But the game's box doesn't state "DSL connection required". It states "Internet connection required for installing the game".
But they very cleverly say in the manual - "Minimum: Broadband". Hmmm... I wonder why they didn't put that on the box. As if I don't know.

I finished it this morning. Another "WTF" ending from Monolith.
I enjoyed the visceral action, but it was too easy for my liking, even on Hard. I tried one of the mech sections on foot, it was still easy.
The level design and pacing were good, an improvement over FEAR1.
I must say that the score was frigging awesome, the OST would definitely be a worthwhile purchase.
I might try Condemned 2, that I bought for Xbox 360 about a month back (gave up on waiting for a PC port). But I heard that it also jumped the shark, but in terms of narrative (rather than technical design/implementation like with FEAR 2).
