So, Sublime has no built-in support for hex editing, so I'm not sure it will be good for .bin files. But for schemas and .str files it should be fine.

I use debug to edit bin files. Even thought the usage of debug is rather primitive I got used to it from my old DOS days back in '84. :laff:
