I honestly can't remember it's been so long, from a quick search the first one I asked a question about on the forum seems to be Calendra's Legacy in 2003, so it's probably that

Poor Lord Bradford. A tiny T1 mission and I was amazed someone could make a fan mission. I was also ecstatic that the game I love was not dead. Went on to play all the T1 FM’s and then the T2 FM’s. There are some new ones I have not played but I will have to play slow to finish right before the anniversary contest missions come out.
Played lots of first person games over the years. The only other one that drew me in deeply was Half Life.

if i had to guess my first fan mission it would probably be "escape the bear pits" as i love escape missions
or one of the water contest misisons
