Does Metroid Prime count? Probably not. They were kind of fun though. But I think Metroid was better in 2 dimensions.

(
http://www.korax-heritage.com/kmod/faq.php) Korax Mod for hexen is fun, just be sure to play on nightmare (or whatever the equivalent is).
You're not exactly making this easy, you say you want a first person RPG and then say that you've played pretty much all of them. So errr... fantasy quake?

I suppose he could do Wizardry 8.
If you allow third-person over-the-shoulder RPGs, that expands the recommendation pool quite a bit. The Gothic games, Anachronox, Summoner, etc.

Mount & Blade?

Mount&Blade FTW, although it's highly unorthodox (no elves or fireballs).

Awwww I was gonna suggest Mount & Blade :(

Well... I don't know how many of them there are... I just played those that I came in contact with since the last 6 years or so.
Also, forgot to say that I did play both S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games. I don't really think of them as being first person rpgs because... well I just don't consider them to be so.

I rather it be that way since I'm starting to hate all the elf/dark elf/orc/dwarf/other-creatures-like-these-that-just-appear-everywhere-and-start-being-obnoxious.
Thanks for the titles!

Why do you keep intentionally misspelling Deus?

You could try both gothic 2 with or without night of the raven - hard - a man's game.
Or bloodlines - a buggy good nipple game.
