OK... in Everett's (I think) base, there's a huge fish tank that kinda straddles a corridor... there's a little opening a litte way up one of the walls of the tank... I was wondering if there's any way to get in there? Its the same area as the dude in the cryofridge.

Too easy. Enter the room where you meet Everett turn right & you will notice a vent cover or other type of hatch on the wall. Think it's locked - but if you jump in there you get some skill pints.
You can also wave at the cat who is watching the fish.
