Maybe put an AI-only physical object under them?
They are probably standing up because they fall down from where you placed them.

Yes, they do in fact fall, I can even hear th sound when I go in game.
Unfortunatelly, placing objects beneath does not help.

Make sure that objects you place underneath are pathable for AI. Otherwise they're ignored.

Maybe AI Collides With must be set as well.

Even more simple guys ! ;)
Timewarp : 100000.00 or any great number like this. Then it works ^^
Everything is a question of motion actually.
If the AI collide to the floor or an object it won't finish it else the AI fall and load another motion :)

Should be fun if they wake up.

I actually scrapped this idea. I barely managed to get it to work, but it looked too creepy :D

It is fun. When I blackjacked a floater like on that first screenshot, he did a backflip before falling unconcious :D

That sounds a bit sloppy.
Btw. If the AI doesn't need to wake up -> Controls Location
EDIT: You can turn that Off as well for example via giving it via a MetaProp.
