Awwww...Another zombie tenderly chewing on a submissive friend, for a treat.
That's gay S&M zombie love, right there...rated Z.

Naked women, naked women, naked women!!!
Now I know why my wife don't play Thief!
Total lack of naked men! :D:D:D
Could we have some, please? ;)
HELLO!!!
Have you played Mafia II? There is a cathouse with plenty of T&A, but the men in prison shower WITH THEIR BOXER SHORTS ON! It's not just Thief, it's not just FMs, it's not even the entire video game industry, it's the whole world.
@clearing & Vae: is that from "The J0KeR"? ROFL!!!!
@WretchedIntruder: I'm sorry, I can't help you at all, I've only played about 30 FM's so far, and I wouldn't let a 9-year old play any of them! But if you ever come up with a rating system, you should share it with these forums, to help out those in your situation. ;)

Well, if someone's making a list of what could be disturbing for kids: From what I've played recently I'd say Cell 6 towards the end (it's still a great mission though!).
Yeah, Cell 6 is definitely not for kids ... I'm not sure it's even safe for most adults. :tsktsk:

I definitely agree, we pushed the envelope a bit content-wise with that one.

I'll never tell someone else how to raise his/her kids, but if I had kids I would not let them play Thief. Even with the sugar coating there are certain fubdamentals about Thief and other M rated games that are not auitable for kids. The younger ones especially are too impressionable and they pick up on things about the game that adults might consider as trivial. My personal concern is their development and everything the kids are exposed to influences their development.

Anyhow, I was curious if there was some way to go in and rate the missions? Especially when there is nudity, or things that might be too scary for kids? Not really for me, but as I said, I know a lot of folks play Thief with their kids. Just a thought
that's not a bad idea when you think about it... after all, I do understand that Thief 2 did have a "mature" ESRB rating... (then again, so did Bioshock..one of my other fav shooters)
