Let's keep the flame of inspiration alive, taffers! Perhaps 2016 will grant a rich harvest of new authors and missions.

Nice to see the bounce back this year. If we plateau into a nice 30/40-something FMs a year for the indefinite future, that's respectable, like 3 FMs every month. Having some decent contests is good for bringing in some new blood, and we have some big projects still percolating. Here's looking forward to a good 2016 for FMdom.

Indeed, I'm happy not seeing a continued taper off in T1/2 this year, although the drop in TDM releases is surprising - I assume that's due to so many authors working on the campaign which saw its first mission released recently. And although they would only appear as 3 releases in that chart, Gort and I have 25 missions in the works between our campaigns, and we have new authors coming on board, so I think we're in pretty good shape for 2016.

WoW.....These figures mean that TDM has reached the landmark figure of 100 missions released.....Congratulations to everybody in DarkModland :thumb::D

As for missions released being lower than in earlier years, it would be interesting to see a flow chart, if instead of just counting FM's released, the figures included all the missions. As Yandros say campaigns can distort the figures in a downward way

For example with the following multi-mission FM's released this year
Chalice of Souls 2 missions, Religious Conflict 2 missions , Gems of Providence 4 missions (I do not know about TDM mission)

as such would take
T2 up to 21
TG up to 14

So at most, 9, but realistically, 7.

yes 2014 was the weakest year for thief 2 if we don´t count 1999.
