I was wondering the same thing, unless they were somehow made using the T2 demo, which may have been released in late 1999.

I'm guessing that the two missions are Gathering at the Bar & Shadow of Lord Rothchest (both T2 remakes of T1 FMs).

It's one way of displaying the data, personally I wouldn't do it for a T2 remake but I do sort my collection of FMs in a similar way.
For example, AntiMatter_16 released a remake of Calendra's Cistern on Aug 8 2015. This is the ideal way to play the FM in my opinion, so I replaced the old one with it and tagged it with the original release date of Aug 10 2000.
Ricebug seems very T2-centric so I could see him doing something similar here.
