If my memory serves well, Cardia stated that "FTM life" is situated in a town that has a real "counterpart", as well as the buildings in "Melancholy in Porto".
.
Yes "FTM" life is based in real places, part 1: (

part 2: (

"Melancholy in Porto" is not based in real places but rather inspired in Porto buildings style. Also my first mission "Pereira's mansion" is based in one of my houses situated in Portugal even though i used only thief textures.

"CNSD, the game" by Leconbras was based on a real life brazilian school of the same name (Colégio Nossa Senhora das Dores). This is a fairly common school name, but the specific one is from São Paulo.
The FM was removed from most public sites due to incident with the author's family, sadly it made the author feel guilt over publishing his work and maintaining it up on the internet kept reminding him of real life. A damn shame, as it was a REALLY well done mission with custom voices, art, even in-game cutscenes. But considering the circunstances, i can tottaly understand him.
I have tested that mission, it was really good, but i never knew the reason why it never was released. Não é possivel que ela seja partilhada aqui no forum ?

The mission was released, but withdrawn later on. If I understood it right, there was a shooting or something similar at that school, which led to the author withdrawing the mission.

I remember playing an early T2 FM that the readme specifically said was based on an actual street in... the Netherlands, I think? I can't remember what it's actually called, but it would have been from the 2001-2002ish period.

I believe the real life inicident didint happened in that specific school but it still affected the author's family. If memory doesnt fail me, two people attacked a school in São Paulo with a crossbow, blades and a revolver and killed 14 children. School incidents like these are very rare and extremely shocking here (i think brazil has had 3 such events in the past 40 years).
Considering the story of CNSD, The Game was about a father being worried that his daughter hasnt come back and he goes to her elementary school to rescue her late at night, one can understand the pain the author might have had while thinking about his project, since he lost someone and probably suffered through what his story is written about.
Regardless, it is an VERY impressive FM. For someone that only did 1 FM, it was a one hit wonder. The author was so proud that he even used to have a site dedicated to it.
There are "ways" of still getting it, i dunno whats ethical here in the sense of making it avaiable on the forum.
@Cardia
O que tu acha? eu entendo o caso do autor, mas também fico muito triste que uma missão tão bem feita assim não está publica pros fans jogarem. :(

The author requested all d/l sites to remove his mission and has a right to expect them all to honour this request until further notice, similarly the mods will ‘ethically’ delete any link posted on this forum out of respect to the authors wishes, so please do not post a link, but if people privately share withdrawn missions……

Lamento imenso. Maybe an alternative solution would be to change the character's names, the school name, change slightly the story, that way I believe you could have your mission published. É uma missão de boa qualidade que devia ser acessivel a todos os fãs .

"SCHULMOD" (T1) is based on the author's school building.

Well, if we are talking individual buildings now, rather than entire locations, I guess The Time That Has Passed would qualify.
I didn't want the mansion where you steal the Keeper book to be huge, like an actual mansion mission, but nonetheless look well off.
I sent Nightwalker a bunch of artists renderings of the the fronts of houses from actual house plans, and asked her which one she thought was most suitable.
I changed only the lower ground floor corner of the architect plans in the interior.
:)
