the statue missing is almost a dead giveaway that your resources are either corrupted, missing or not loading properly. this can cause the issue with the doors as well - the models is gone, but the blocking plane will remain.

you've said that the statue is not showing up a couple of posts earlier. that would point to missing resources (together with your save working fine in my install).

voodoo was refering to me when he talks about statue,ty voodoo
so if textures are missing it should be a mission problem as the textures i am sure are custom,so i need to find a better version i guess?

extract the mission with 7zip, if there are any errors, they will be displayed.

The text string is formatted incorrectly. I'll go ahead and check all of them and upload the fix. The particular problem is that the string file begins with the word 'Battle', followed by the correct
page_0:" blah-blah...". Deleting 'battle' will fix it.

Order of play.
To avoid confusion and posts here, there and everywhere, if you have a problem playing a mission with NewDark, please make an initial post in the relevant mission thread. If you do not receive a reply from the mission author (or any other helpful human) within, say, 3 days, feel free to post your problem in this thread. Authors will probably not be reading this and may not be aware that there is a problem which they would otherwise be happy to resolve if they know about it.
