I have tried to use fogfix.exe but cannot get it to work. I would be happy if someone could explain it.
I tried a lot of things in cmd and the nearest is.
Code:
fogfix <19.mis> 20.mis
I get a 20.mis file but its 0 kb.
I'm soo noob when it comes to the Command Prompt.

Those sorts of programs work by looking for patterns of bytes in the mis file, but the structure of a .mis file has changed* since NewDark came out. If fog is leaking, try using a blockable brush in or around the doorway.
*presumably, since there have been so many changes.
