Not that I can recall. There was "Aliens: A comic book adventure" but that was more a bad adventure game tied to a really bad combat system.

Yep. I had mentally blanked out the fact I had ever played it, but now you've reminded of me I must shudder in fear at how truly awful that game was.

Well, anyway, what can we really expect here?
I'm betting they'll play seriously fast and loose with the "take attributes from hosts" thing introduced in A3 and seen at the end of AvP. I hate that shit myself, but can't think of a way around it - there just aren't that many kinds of aliens without it, and limiting an RPG to 6 kinds of enemies would suck. Whether or not "A squid alien, A gorilla alien and 2 donkey aliens attack!" will suck as bad remains to be seen.
Wonder if they'll add in egg morphing from the directors cut of Alien. Adding that back in fucks up continuity, but the aliens series fucks up continuity as a hobby anyway.
Wonder when they'll set it. Probably around the time of Aliens, so you can play with all those cool little toys. Think they'll work a motion tracker into it?
And I wonder if they'll bring over any Predator stuff. It's not AvP, so I wouldn't expect a full on predator, but maybe some predtech equipment - predator helmets and weaponry, ect. Could be cool.
Kinda wish they were doing a deus ex/bloodlines fps/rpg with it though. That would probably work better.
