There's this weird situation with the ownership of the Duke franchise. After all, Gearbox is making 'the real' successor, their own first-person Duke game. This one appears to be something like a spin-off title. Apparently 3DR still hold some rights to it.

Apparently this a top-down RPG from Interceptor, which is a bizarre and unexpected move since they're the developer of the recent Rise of the Triad remake.
Another thing I'm surprised the Zylon didn't jump down the OP's throat for having an utterly non-descriptive thread title of what the subject is.
