Good God! Finished at last - but what a royal pain! Did ANYONE figure all of this out without help? I got down to the sword, shield, loot, and escape - but from there I NEVER would have figured out how to get into the treasury nor how to escape without coming here!
I like the FM overall, but the clues to the treasury need to be a little more decipherable, IMHO.

I started playing the FM and all I could say is- It's a great, lovely mission!

Did I read that people had actually consulted a map? I would die for a map. I'm playing the English version on Expert and I don't have any map.
Do I need to find it, or should I have it? Help!!!

Be it known to you that Timon's fan missions are among the hardest if not THE hardest of all fan missions. :sly: Ever played Timoteus ? :ebil: :thumb:
I just LOVE them :)

I continue playing this FM and I find it absoultely lovely. I'm at the moment where Garrett receives an optional objective to steal the loot of the kleptomaniac.
I love undead missions!

I've played it a few weeks ago. It's a well done mission, and since I usually like undead missions, I was looking forward to it when it was only available in Polish.
Indeed I enjoyed it for a long time, which only changed near the end. So many hidden switches, such a long and (for me) partially confusing layout and no map (in-game)... When I finally entered the library
with the hidden switch on top of a shelf
, I began to almost constantly switch between the missions' thread on the forums and the game. Not my cup of tea.
But apart from this last bit, I liked it. And since I played the prequel, I knew what I had to expect: A hard mission.
I hope Timon will create more missions like this, and although I'd like to have them a bit easier, I will play them anyhow. Hopefully, either the forums or a walkthrough will be available for the harder parts.

Had to comment on the mission. I have been away from Thief for over a month.
What a way to return. So many places to explore, lots of tense moments trying to avoid AI, traps, lots to read and looks great. If I could find something to complain about I would. Great Mission! Dont wait to play this one. I personally think its much better than most of the last few months high profile missions.
