I'm obviously rubbish at this English version. I had no trouble finding the [SPOILER]sewer key[/SPOILER] in the Polish version. Hint appreciated.
No worries - found it at last

Finished on expert with all objectives and just 110 loot missing - which for me is brilliant!

Very much enjoyed all aspects of [spoiler]the conversation with Timon - I knew you were going to hurt me when I fired again but I just had to know what was said.[/spoiler] Thank you again for a fantastic fm.

Well, can someone please help me with the entrance to the library? I'm taffin stuck.

Also, I can't find the switch to open the banner in the circular room above the throne. Is that the way into the library?

Its actually pretty close to where you start the FM.

When you come down the stairs from the chapel you start out in, take a left. You'll be at a hallway .
The first door on your right leads to the novice quarters. Don't go in that door. Instead continue down the hallway (you'll pass 2 small statues on the left) and you'll end up in a room with a big gong and a statue in the corner.

In the upper right hand corner of this room is a gate which open to reveal a ladder. Climb up that ladder and you'll be right at the mine entrace.

There is an angel statue in the conference room that is attached to that "circular room with the throne" you talked about. Frob that angel and it will reveal a hidden passage behind a dresser.

That passage leads to a small office which has a locked gate. Behind that gate is a ladder which leads to the library. You get the key for this gate in that other "library" where the haunt of the "Novice Caretaker" was hanging out. Spoilers on how exactly to get it are in the other thread (about the Polish version)

The Banner:

You don't need a switch to open that. Just frob it.

It does not lead to the library, but it does go to a place you'll need to visit in order to finish the FM.

There is a switch to open that banner above the throne.

Stand in front of banner with your back to it . Now look at the column on your left walk to it and look down...there it is...right at the base. This will take you to a hallway. This banner is on an outside wall.[/SPOILER]

I believe the one you are talking about Elkston is[SPOILER]
The one on the inside wall with the ladder down to lower level.[/SPOILER]

:D Yay! I finished it! 6 hrs and 9 mins. All of the secrets, 300 or so short of all the loot. Whew! Thanks for the spoiler, elkston. I knew I had been there in the beginning, but just couldn't seem to find my way back later in the game. I must have spent 2 hrs of the 6 running around trying to get back to the mine entrance! A terrific mission. Definitely a "10"!

I have completed everything......but........

[SPOILER].....get into the workshop so I can find the klepto's loot. I've been in Brother Edwards, read his diary, I've looked in Brother Adam's room but all I found was a key to the floor in the "bath tub room" which eventually leads you to the dead body!!! I even have a key called "Brother Adamuss Key", but that doesn't open the workshop door????[/SPOILER]:confused: :confused: :confused:

Please HELP......I have read posts from both the English and Polish threads???
.....I'm playing on Hard.

I'm in the library (the big one); I've satisfied every objective except for the sword and shield and enough loot -- I have about 2700... that is, assuming there aren't even more objectives to pop up. I have five out of the eight secrets listed, though I don't always believe the max count given in the end stats.

I don't know where to go next. There must be some place with a lot of loot, and of course the other two things. What important thing am I missing, among the millions of things I'm missing?
