If I remember well the vault key is :
[SPOILER] when you go into the mine you'll see a tunnel with two spiders. There's a large puddle of water near the spiders, jump into it and you'll find a secret passage. You'll then arrive into a large room and the vault key will be yours at last[/SPOILER]

where is the entrance to the vault - i know it's in the library somewhere, and the stack of books has something to do with it, help.

now i've got the sword and the shield, but in the vault, in the labyrinth there's a secret switch that opens a door behind a tapestry - which you cant slash, how do you get behind this?, and, where's the sewer key?

The vault key [SPOILER] once you've found the library key (see my post) Nickie is right it's the library key you find in the mine, not the vault key, well the vault key is in the old library upstairs I think.

Bukary gives location of the vault key at the bottom of page 2 of this thread. Good to know my old brain cells still have some memory function. :D
