You're advised not to kill any haunts. And when you kill the first one the new objective is "Now you must kill'em all" and the old stays red as it was cos you didn't follow the advice.

Actually, those haunts are such a pain in the butt I am happy to bash them all. What does kolpani mean? It's a location for a key I just found.
