Yes, I could frob it. Had to press myself into the cubby hole pretty hard.
As for water arrows / holy water, there is a secret stash of them
in a chapel that can be reached via the left passage (as you enter) from the horn room. From there, find your way below to some sewers with spiders.
Details are found above somewhere in this thread.

Originally posted by Brian_R170 No, and it doesn't matter. This mission is fairly complex with all of the objectives, and the books and scrolls are very important. All I'm saying is that this mission would have been a lot better with a better translation, and my guess is that the original version in the author's native language is a lot better due to subtleties in the texts.
Again, I do sincerely appreciate the translator's efforts, for without them, I would not have been able to play the mission at all.
OK, I think I need to address this issue.
First of all, I was happy to help and provide a translation of this great FM for English community. Some people claim that the translation is 'taint'. Perhaps I worked too hasty on this translation and wanted to meet the promised deadline too much... Also with Timoteus I used help of a native proof-reader, which surely helped a lot. Yet Timoteus was a true "beast", a large mission with lots of readables and very difficult to be translated, many typical Polish jokes/tags without a direct English equivalent. I didn't get a proof-reader for Forgotten Forest, I thought this was a much easier translation, obviously I was mistaken and I underestimated the job.
Also, part of the problem surely is that I translated without prior playing the FM. This caused a few 'translation' bugs, which I found later on.
Overall, I wish to fix what I did. I understand that most people have already played the FM, so it's too late, but still... What I can do is prepare version 2.0 with a native proofreader. (perhaps I can ask the same person or someone valunteers).
I do not wish to release rubbish. What I can do now is admit my mistake and: 1) re-work it and prepare version 2,0; 2) don't copy the same mistake in the future.
