Yes, there is a fourth ending... kinda. Just start Deus Ex, hit T, hit backspace a few times to get rid of the "Say" text, then type "Open 99_Endgame4" and it should run. Enjoy! Oh yeah, it has nothing to do with Deus Ex or it's story. It's just a small blooper ending.
