The difference is when you target the difference as such... It's like bukkake porn for women or having black guys dance some Vaudeville "massah" number, so the apeish suburban white male masses can throw pennies at the sluts, niggers, and dwarfs as such (using the crass terms to make the point). I don't think it should be illegal, but it's definitely on the exploitative end. I mean this is when they're getting paid peanuts for it. If they were laughing their way to the bank then that's maybe different (still not great though).
But whatever. On the other hand some people are so over-sensitive they can't handle people doing whatever they want with their lives for a dime & a laugh that don't see it as exploitative, and what gives the self-declared social justice-police the right to tell someone else they're living "sad, exploited lives" when they voluntarily chose that life?
My general take is: if the person doing it is happy doing it and they don't see it as a problem, then I'm not going to lecture them that it is, and I'll let them take whatever pride they want in it. But I wouldn't be blind to the fact that paying people to jiggle their freakish nature (where the standard of "freakish" is you aren't a white male of normal size), at least straight-faced without irony, is kind of an ass thing too and has a bad history.

That's not really my issue. If that guy wants to let himself get flung, bully for him. (Though, as you correctly pointed out, we do have to wonder why does he want to get flung, and why do people want to watch?)
My issue is with Kolya failing to differentiate between reality and fiction and then making an awkward association to something that barely has any connection to the discussion at hand. And then disappearing into his own asshole only to return with a BR#-level non sequitur.
