Google Drive is generally very good, fast and reliable, accepts very large files, and it comes as part of your Google account already, no additional signup or setup.
Uploads also last forever, since they are tied to your account.

Sharing on Google Drive or Dropbox is much nicer to your downloaders than anywhere that has ads and potentially misleading Download buttons which actually download other software. I'm not saying the three you mentioned are like that Unna as I've never used the first two and have not used mediafire in many years, but there are plenty out there like that.

So far the only issue I have seen with Google Drive is that in two cases the web-folder in the windows environment and the google cloud came out of sync somehow and so produced random "(1)" duplicate files. So long as you're directly uploading using the site portal, I think it's fine.
