Homeworld is going terrestrial. Looks like a nod to the Dune RTS.
I'm not even an RTS fan and I can get into Homeworld's vibe.

Next week is Cave Story+ which is also a great game. I played the original Cave Story when it came out, so never got around to the + version, but it'll be worth revisiting with this.

It's really more like Homeworld, just... On a planet, lol. One really interesting thing about it to me is that it really is modeled out and played in 3d, so sand dunes, low slopes, and ridges have interesting semi-realistic effects on gameplay.

I haven't really been into an RTS since Warcraft 3, but Deserts of Kharak does look cool and I did love this developer's next game, Hardspace: Shipbreaker. Ahhh what the heck, installing!
