Haven't tried it yet, so can't vouch for it: (
http://1916.dadiugames.dk/) 1916: Der unbekannte Krieg seems to be a first-person perspective WWI trench survival horror with velociraptors. Fuck knows, but I'm downloading now.

It's basically a cut down version of the game, allowing you to play the multiplayer aspect - complete with multiplayer servers and the powerful editor - for free. The original games will remain, and you will need those if you want mod support, the full suite of graphics options, or the story campaigns. This is, then, like a big fancy demo. Of a genuinely great PC game.

Thanks for that. I loved "Within a deep forest" but wasn't as taken by some of the other games so this is a good way to sample his latest work.

iOS hit (
http://nyarlulabs.blogspot.com/p/games.html) Forget-me-not free on the PC.
A rogue-maze chomp-em-up shoot-em-up with weird, game-breaking enemies. My favorite of these: a diamond shape that, when shot, splits into multiple pieces, soon filling the entire maze with pieces of itself. My least favorite: that f***ing ghost that shows up after like 60 seconds after the lights go out.
It looks forgettable, and perhaps it is after a few days, but it's still really quite good.
