Thing is, downloading games is pretty much the opposite of "convenient" for me. It's a broadband desert here. With the connection I do have, Steam actually fails to
log in half of the time (it's the only app that has such problems, btw).
I sympathise, my previous broadband (mobile broadband) had download speeds of about 700 bytes/s, and I would regularly get "timed out" on Google. I tried a broadband speed checker to get an accurate speed, but it timed out before loading the Flash/Java :( Now I'm on ~1-4Mb/s depending on the time of day. If I need anything massive downloading, I'll do it at uni (~75Mb/s). I only have Steam for Half-Life 2, and that's because you need it to play the game.
Ubi are only nasty on the DRM on their newly-released games. They are slowly putting their (

Game does look good, maybe I'll pick it up in 6-7 years or so.

I love how Far Cry is considered "good" and "old."

Hell, I heard someone call Crysis old the other day...

... Sterilize everyone.

As long as they didn't call it good, I'm ok with that.

This game does indeed look like it would be a lot of fun to play around with. I really hope it does not go the way of Sporn. The early dev dairies of Sporn looked awesome with the things you could do before it was kiddified.
