Eh, there's some good stuff on With Teeth; I think "Right Where it Belongs" is up there with the best NIN tunes. Besides which, it probably made him more money than doing audio for Doom 3 would have.

Because they're trying to avoid using any of the resources from HL1- hence why they created their own soundtrack too.
