Really? I thought Snood came first.
Oh well, Puzzle Bobble then.

I think you mean a Puzzle Bobble/Bust-a-Move clone. At least cite the original when you're talking about another game being a clone.
Puzzle Bobble was based on Bubble Bobble, 8 years its senior.

Flow is a really cool flash game which is intuitive, fun and relaxing. I think there's a PS3 version too (or was the flash version made after the PS3 one?). Anyway, I really enjoyed it and it certainly went well with the songs I was listening to at that moment (stuff from Global Communication).

Cute, but you can't turn it around just because the same developer used the same branding for a completely different game :D

I find an hour or so of Black & White (the original) to be very relaxing, not to mention fun...the sight of Sir Moo-a-Lot my giant cow breakdancing to the villagers always makes me smile.

Don't forget the various flight sims available.
Simcity can also have quite the soothing effect on an individual's psyche.
edit: Forgot about Osmos.

These are on consoles, so they probably don't help, but anyway...
I find Rock Band quite relaxing, especially if you find that sweet spot in difficulty where you're not bored but neither are you panicking because you seem to be lacking 15 fingers on your left hand.
Other than that, Flower is wonderfully relaxing, but it's definitely not a game where there's lots to do gameplay-wise. Still a gem, though.
