My first encounter with a Bot from Thief 2.

Sure shocked me to get hit with a cannonball from no where... Stupid robots. They kept catching me later...

Another of my funniest moments was in Maw of Chaos.
When i ran through the first part of the mission, i was chased by a bugbest and a crayman. The crayman dissapeared, but the bugbest was shooting bugs at me. I went to a circular column and gassed the beast.
Then i heard clicking near me. I leaned around the corner, and saw nothing. Then i was hit in the head by the crayman, who had walked behind the circular column, and hit me with his claw! i was so surprised, i ran forward.....
and off the cliff into the hot lava. :laff:

Return to the Cathedral.
I was in that wrecked barracks kinda place. I turn a corner, and see a zombie strike at me. I completely panicked. Complete with jerking of the mouse every which way. I survived, and ran like heck.
That would be my funniest moment to my recollection...
God, I hate zombies. :nono: They all just need to explode.

Probably the first time I tried playing Death of Garrett---on ULTIMATE DIFFICULTY. One of the few missions that simply cannot be done on that skill level...took me near an hour to get past one servant.

always making fun of these amusing guys when they appear on stage. Preferable, I often let them
live for entertaining puposes. But not the haunts, of course.

my most recent funniest Thief moment was when i was near the hammers cathedral in T3 by the lil jail cell and i accidentally got the guards aware of me and ran and hide behind the cell building when i turned to look through the bars of the cell to see how close the guards were that monster in the cell starts talking and the way i play Thief is with my surround sound system close to max volume and my face almost in the monitor. well the damn thing scared the **** out of me and i fell off my chair and on the floor. I was startled and soon came to laugh at myself for getting so into the game. Oh how i wish it was real.!!!!!!!!

I don't remember exactly which mission this was. It was in some ruin and you had to hit a button with an arrow on the other side of a bridge to lower it. I knew that there were zombies on the other side, so I went around and killed all the zombies on this side first. Then I was lowering the bridge. I taunted the zombies to come over the bridge and I heard one coming. I waited but nothing happened, and I still heard him. Adn all the time I heard him coming, but couldn't see anything on the bridge and suddenly I was hit. While I was waiting that it would appear on the bridge, the zombie that I heard was not over there it was on my side, because I overlooked one of them and he noticed me. So he got closer until he hit me. I was so schocked that it took me quite some time to correct my view because I had moved the mouse wildly around. Of course it killed me, because by the time I could use the mouse again I was so low on health that he killed me with his next stroke. After getting over the shock I really had to laugh, because I felt like I had been outsmarted by the game. :)
