In TDS, in the Clock Tower, fairly early on in the room with the two swinging pendulums, I blackjacked the first guard. He did that ragdoll pose on his knees with his back arched. I could see there was a second guard further on in the room, so I decided "AHA! I'll wait for the pendulum to swing back and dump Guard #1 down the 'slot' in which the pendulum swings!" I did that and went and hid.
The next thing I know I hear this "AAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRGGGHHH!!!!" and then a slow, rythmic THUMP .... THUMP..... THUMP.....
I went and took care of Guard #2 and came back to the first pendulum to see what the thumping was all about. To my horror, I found that when I had thrown Guard #1 down the "slot," he'd been caught by his elbows at the end. The first scream was the pendulum SWINGING INTO HIS STOMACH and killing him, and each of the THUMPS was a further swing, each of which resulted in a blood spray. After a few open-mouthed seconds while I processed this, I just had to crack up.
(Yes, as gross as this sounds, I tried unsuccesfully many times to do this with Guard and Pendulum #2, but never could get the throw right again.)

I don't know it was "funny", but while playing Eavesdropping I managed to enter the catacombs. Never played TDP before that, so I just watched that Hammerite guy walking along the corridor, back turn and all. Just a bit running, blackjacking and the guy falls down in agony - just to turn around and laugh madly with its skull face. Tried to run upstairs (would work for a zombie) and when I got the stairs up, gave a sigh of releaf and then heard that same laughter behind me. Had to hit Esc when the first blow came through... (I could had asked myself a question why would a Hammer walk in the catacombs beneath Mechanist church. I was asking to get all beat up.)

Cool, that sounded scarey the way you wrote it. I have had many moments myself (in the old days) where I just hit escape before anything bad happened. Just like waking yourself up in a nightmare right before the monster bites your head off or whatever. I mean, I'm against re-loading just because I stuffed up, but since I make my own "save points" I'm allowed to choose to start way back all over again, as opposed to going through some horrible thing that was my own stupid fault and can only lead to a horrible and scarey death... :) and then starting back again anyway.
As for the Clocktower thing, I want to make this happen.

In Soulforge Cathedral there's a large room where you can turn off the light so it's pitch black. There's a big robot patrolling outside, and you have to pick the lock to get in. There's a ramp in the room that leads down into a vast underground section- you know which room I mean.
Anyway, I turn out the lights and lure the patrolling robot inside. No matter how pissed off he gets he can never find me if I'm careful and I can beat him to death with my blackjack. Fun times. Fun times.

Hehe too many funny moments to remember but throwing unconscious Mechanists into rivers is just hilarious as well as blackjacking guard's faces:laff:

Hrm, the funniest thing in TDS was my first time dealing with a puppet in the cradel. I, of course, tried stabbing that one puppet in the back (he was patrolling the, umm, what you call it... thing for looking at the sky-ium). Sensing no danger, I simply stepped up next to him to take a better look, somewhat confused on the fact that his (or her, ya never know) body didn't glow. It then jumped up, sending me screaming into my kitchen. My sister did the same thing :p
I also found jumping on the table at the end of the cradel rather fun. As I stand on the wood for just a bit, the man sitting there slowly gets up and promptly tries to beat me up.
The funniest moment in TG was when I first played the third extra mission (I think so, it was the one with the spiders) When I first saw the man in the spider webs, I mistook him for some weird, white chicken leg. Imagine my suprise when I came a little closer to see some weird kind of teeth on this chicken leg, and a spider looking at me as if to say
"No, not while he was alive."
Seriously, how would a man somehow get covered in spider webs? Just, "Oh, hey there, little fella"? Spiders as big as baseballs would concern me a little bit more.

In Cragscleft, I freed all the prisoners and locked up all the zombies and Hammerites instead.
But probably the funniest moment was when I first saw a Hammer guard encounter a zombie, screaming: "Back to thy cell, villain!"
