(
http://www.abc.net.au/tv/goodgame/) Good Game is pretty...um good. It's very straight and G-rated but knows its stuff (shorts is slightly alarming). I like Eurogamer TV the best, although it really has no fixed format and is really journo dispatches from this or that.
This here is...quaint. It's like it has no idea other game shows exist.
I like the MMO reports, that could be fun. Sketches; eh, could be ok I guess, just not yet (not streets ahead D-rez at the moment and everyone doing this kind of thing needs to be, seriously).
A Top Gear of games would be really cool. The trouble with most of these things is it's all so, nice and chummy. Games journalism and TV and things needs more irreverence and random stunts, but everyone just wants exclusives and free games don't they.

Consolevania is what you're looking for then.

Yeah, but more entertaining on a regular basis.

Seems like a pretty good and entertaining show especially since it has Yahtzee in it. Hope they make more episodes.:D

I sound too dismissive of Consolvania up there. It's pretty decent stuff at times though. Their review of Little Big Planet (ruined somewhat by stupid blow job jokes at the start) cleverly illustrated the problem of user content driven games, by lauding the game's mechanics and ambition but showing some of his own levels at the same time, which of course suck. They never really mention that that's the point they're making though, which is cute.
Anyway, I'm curious what other game shows people have watched. Every other big games site seems to have tried to have a "show" lately, mostly with disasterous results (Escapist just started theirs which is actually pretty good though). Any good ones around?
X-play/G4TV is a big name. I've only seen (

Well honestly, what good can you do in a TV show about videogames? Anyone with interest in the vidya gets everything(news, trailers, reviews, and so on) from the Internet.

I'm talking about web shows primarily. I haven't looked at regular telly for longer than five minutes in a couple of years. I assume Yahtzee and co are trying to make a web show as well, or at least something that will appear on the web as well as on digital/cable or something.
