Here's my list, what's yours?
1 Psi-ops
2 Second sight,
3 Bully,
4 Beyond Good and Evil,
5 Advent Rising,'
6 The Warriors.
These are just some that I noticed whilst going through my last-gen Xbox games. BG& E is particularly noteworthy for having the cliffhanger ending of the century. Advent Rising was supposed to be a (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advent_Rising) trilogy, and the devs even envisioned a PSP game titled Advent Shadow as a side-story of sorts.(
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advent_Shadow) click
The Warriors was a prequel to the movie, so there is definitely room in the fiction for a sequel to the flick and have it stick to canon.
Psi-Ops was notable for heavily relying on physics as a part of the gameplay, sort of like Star Wars Force Unleashed and would be fantastic on current hardware.
Second Sight is by a dev that I pay attention to: Rare. They have been hit or miss (leaning more towards miss this generation, sadly) and this title is rather polarizing. I love it, but a lot of people (and most reviewers) found it average. I fell in love with the story and the character appeared to be an average man placed in extreme circumstances instead of a one-man army or space marine. It is also special because it is one of the 'RARE' lol titles that saw a PC port.
Then we come to Bully...this is tough. It is a well developed story with memorable characters, but it is rather self-contained, and considering the setting, it would be tough to expand upon. R* is rather talented, though so if anyone could pull it off it would be them. Oh, and nobody said it HAS to remain at the same school or if it is, it could be an entirely different era. Be neat in the 50's with like a Dennis the Menace vibe.

1. Syndicate - I LOVED the atmosphere, setting and storyline behind the 2 games in the series.
2. Shadowrun (snes) - It even mentions a damn sequel at the end of it
3. Ghost Hunter - Despite the hard difficulty at times I loved that game. Sequel please.
4. Baldurs Gate Dark Alliance - The dark alliance games were supposed to be a trilogy, but interplay sold off the rights before the 3rd game could be done
5. System Shock - Would love to see a System Shock 3 done right.
6. Ultima - For this series of rpgs to end at Ultima 9 was just plain wrong
7. Might & Magic - Now I'm not counting the puzzle quest clone sequels that have appeared lately as their not Might & Magic as far as I'm concerned. Bring on the proper sequels.
8. Policenauts - Firstly this should be released properly in english (I know its been translated by the fan community) and it needs a sequel. Though Snatcher is a sortof sequel-ish.
9. Snatcher - Loved the invaders of the body snatchers type feel to it.

Speedball 2. And not that godawful remake from a couple of years ago.

Dragon Wars
Knights of Legend
Star Raiders (a real sequel and not that shitty Infogra...er, Atari reimagining)
SmashTV
Also, while people are remaking old fighting games, how about the only 2 (aside from Virtua Fighter) with controls/gameplay that weren't total shit:
Yie Ar Kung-Fu
Karate Champ

Since no one in their right mind would think for a second a sequel today wouldn't be a consolized, dumbed down piece of shit for ADD teenagers I must come to the conclusion that you guys really fucking hate videogames.

Shit, you're on to something there Jason. I wouldn't mind an IK+ sequel while we're at it.
Oh yeah, and Elite 4 please.

No One Lives Forever could use a sequel. NOLF2 kind of sucked because of the infinite enemies and repetitive levels, but the first game was MUCH better and longer.
I wouldn't put NOLF1 up with Deus Ex or Thief, but it is certainly as good as something like Unreal.
Also, they should remake Unreal using the very latest tech again.
