A new Autoduel would be cool.
Homeworld.
Another World.
Tie Fighter & X-Wing Fighter.
If you're going to say Space Quest, you may as well add Police Quest, King's Quest, Quest for Glory, & Leisure Suit Larry.
Some classic C64 games might be cool. Summer Games & California Games, Hacker, Mercenary, Paradroid, The Last Ninja.

Nope...don't touch Larry! LSL's charm is that "cheap" feel of aged graphics and blinking neon--it's like waking up in a seedy hotel, in the arms of hooker of questionable sexual orientation, unsure of what you just did and why.
Besides, they already rebooted Larry, and resulting the two games sucked horribly.

Unreal 1 done in newer engines I wouldn't mind seeing. Epic Pinball & Commander Keen (2.5D style) too.
Eye of the beholder (better graphics not a change in view point) be another.

Or they could improve the gameplay but make it a sequel storyline-wise, since the game ends with a cliffhanger.

They could try doing it again, but with Al Lowe this time.
