Thief II - Garrett's back! After playing the first mission, I realised I didn't care.
In case you're not joking, the first mission of T2 is pretty much worst mission throughout all three Thief games. Trust me, it gets better from there.
I agree with the previous opinions on sports games. I a huge sports fan (real sports), diehard even, but I'm bored silly playing something like Madden. Golf games are a weird exception to the rule

Morrowind/Oblivion/Fallout 3 - guess I don't like Betshedas way of making games
those new Need For Speed games - so you can paint you car and all that "pimp my ride" stuff, but it was just boring
Baldurs Gate, Icewind Dale, Temple of Elemental Evil, Arcanum - tried all of them but couldn't play for more than a couple of hours
Fable - oh great you can fart, giggle, belch, get married etc., that's really important in a game
Most other games I didn't get into were already mentioned (HL2, Halo, Far cry, CoD, Doom 3, Hitman, Dead Space, Fear, The Witcher).

I have waited all day to post itt, so I could really think back over the decades of gaming. Anyway, my list.
No One Lives Forever.
Sorry, a 'spy' game that plays better when appraoched like Quake, rather than Deus Ex...meh. The sequel balanced out a lot of my problems with it.
Zelda series.
I have played damn near all of them, including the various GameBoy games, unil Wind Waker. Sure, they are fun for a while, but damn they get old about 1/3 of the way through. I have yet to be able to finish all but the original game because of this.
Sports games.
I don't care WHAT they are. Madden, Tony Hawk, Golf, Baseball...I hate them with a passion.
Oddworld.
With the exception of the most recent title (which happens to completely change the gameplay to a shooter with some puzzle/strategy) the rest of the series could fall of the face of the earth and I wouldn't care. Every time I see that damn Munch's Oddysee on my shelf I shudder. I had bot of the PS1 games as well, and it was like the most retarded idea for a game.
And that leads us into...
Any strategy/RTS/TBS game. Ever. I have tried a ton of them, and I respect them, I just can't stand 'em one bit.

Only game I couldn't for the life of me give the benefit of the doubt was Final Fantasy 7. Granted, I played its predecessor first, but still, my friend all but ensured me it was better. It just couldn't hold my attention for more than half an hour. Me vs. Evil Corporation had been done before for me, and even then it didn't do it well. The graphics, though, they were the final nail in the coffin. After looking at a SD character and the game almost yelling at me to take them even halfway seriously, I just gave the hell up and went back to Ultima Online and Red Faction.

God dammit dethtoll. What the fuck does the gameplay have to do with the technology framework that its built upon?!
Are you really that dense? The Infinity Engine itself brings game mechanics that quite frankly do not fucking work- this applies for just about every game with the engine. Trying to say game mechanics is not the same thing as gameplay is splitting a lot of fucking hairs because the point is the game is not fun to fucking play.

* Any post-2000 Final Fantasy game or remake
* Any Command & Conquer game
* Any MMO or Counterstrike
* Any Hitman game
Agreed with the above, although you can take off the "remake" for the Final Fantasy, as I still enjoyed FF 3 & 4 for DS.
And Crisis Core, but that's hardly a typical Final Fantasy.
Most RTSes as well, with the exception of games like Kohan.
I also didn't get Stalker: Clear Sky. Completely lost interest after finishing the swamp and playing a bit in the first area from the original game again.
Half-Life 1 didn't click at all due to some obtuse situations. Half-Life 2 almost was the same way, but I finally got into it.
Almost any survival horror game. Reasons should be obvious to most people. Resident Evil 4 was the first RE game I actually enjoyed, but that's really not survival horror anymore.
Loved Freespace 1 & 2, but could never get into any of the Wing Commander games, even when they were new.
Gothic. Couldn't get past the controls. Sorry.
Anachronox. This might end up clicking, but I don't get drawn into it, and I'm currently stuck at a chase sequence that always seems to break at the map transition. I've pretty much given up on that right now.
KoToR. Getting really tired of direct control over one character type deal. Battles were grating.
Any Alex Kidd Game.
Lode Runner. I missed it at first, so I'm just as likely to drop myself into a pit as the enemy. Plus Jetpack is way cooler.
About half of the games by Treasure. Wario World, Silhouette Mirage, Astro Boy, Gunstar Super Heroes (not the original, of course)...
Most generic action games (God of War, the modern Rygar & Ninja Gaiden, etc).
That should be enough for now

Make sure you have all the unofficial patches installed.

I'm pretty sure I do...

If you can, play that particular part on an older (preferrably non-Vista) PC, and then save afterwards. The sequence breaks quite frequently on modern machines, unfortunately.
