Oblivion, San Andreas, any of the TDS series, all for reasons already explained better than I can. I'm playing through Fable 2, and I can see this being added to the list.
Condemned 1+2, just through sheer masochism.
Finally, a whole horde of sports games: Madden, NBA 2K, Rugby, Cricket, and FIFA, all in their latest forms. This is probably a combination of the fact that I'm a huge sport fan, and they all offer gratification in the short term when I don't have the time to sit down for a proper session. I find it literally almost impossible to tear myself away from oblivion, so its very dangerous when I have strict time limits.
