I have the HL2 shirt that came with the retail collectors edition (I've kicked myself for not ordering the gold pack straight from steam on that one) Its kind of old now, although not ratty... I was thinking for awhile to silk screen "Master Chief does my Laundry" on the back.... I have a lot of friends who are halo fanboys.
I've got the big daddy figurine, although I didn't know thats what came with the collectors edition.
I have a doom3 shirt that a guy at ebgames gave me as consolation for not having ressurection of evil when i asked them for it. ok.. cool.. I still wear it.
Mostly I just like getting the art books. My collection of game artbooks so far:
HL2 Raising the bar.
Fallout 3
Dead Space
Prey (got a couple of the little pewter figures too)
F.E.A.R. (i think it was actually just a little graphic novel)
and COD4
I like the artbooks.
EDIT:
Does having a W40K army count? I used to have a Tyranid army.... i guess thats a little backwards though.

I bought a new graphics card the other day off the internet, didn't get my free game (Assassins Creed) so I bitched at them and they're sending me Mirrors Edge and an AMD hat...does that count?

That said I love their L4D shirts
They seem to have made more effort with L4D. I hope they so the same with Portal 2 and HL3/Ep3.

I only wish they used better fabric. Other than that, great designs.

I don't have much. Most of it is just posters like my Jade Empire poster, Oblivion Map of Cyrodil, Witcher Map and a Guild Was:Nightfall poster. I have a Vampire:The Masquerade-Bloodlines Ming Xiao T-Shirt(which is quite rare) and I used to have a Worms 2 T-Shirt but that was years ago and it got worn out so had to trash it.
Also I have heaps of Game Soundtracks, too many to mention here.

The only things that make it on my wall is (early) modern art and ONLY if it's the original or has been signed by the actual artist. Yes I am quite guilty.

I collect Strategy Guides. I have quite a few now. I don't know why, I just really like them. 1/2 the time, I think I like reading about games more than actually playing them anymore.

I'm a sucker for soundtracks, but that's about it. This is the single deciding factor if a collector's edition of a game is available. I don't particularly care HOW I get the soundtrack mind you; I'm perfectly happy getting the Witcher Enhanced edition on Steam and importing the MP3s over having the discs.
I've gotten rather tired of clutter, so I'm not particularly partial to other bonuses. Art Books are good, but figures and stuff? Blah.

I lost my Call of Duty 2 figurine when I left my ex. I was particularly proud of it, as it was manufactured in Columbus. I like figurines, I just don;t have any. I am also a sucker for little freebees from pre-orders etc. I realy like my San Andreas poker chip. I have pre-ordered 5-6 games just for the swag.
