Has anyone seen this little problem before? I tried a couple of things. Blockable brushes for example, not sure what it does. If i high up the road with a solid brush, then the problem disappears, i think. Its not happen every time.

Clipping issues happens sometimes. Bad Cells for some reasons.
1. Gridsnap
2. Move the path or replace brushes. 0.25 DU to the left ot right can help.

This has mostly happened for me when the player's feet hit a diagonal brush edge. But yeah, check cell edges, rework the area, play with brush timing.
Blockable brushes are used to force cells to be created, e.g. if you want to ensure a neat edge between water of two different flow types.

Thanks Unna and nicked. I deleted the brush and added three smaller instead. Seems to work now. I hope it stays this way.
john: I thought about placing a sign "Warning: Risk for falling through ground" :)
