omg robin hood?!
Although to be fair, at first glance that picture did strike me as looking like an alternate build of the Kurshok Citadel.
That was exactly my thought, too. The character doesn't really remind me of Garrett all that much, but the environment looks startlingly like the Kurshok Citidel, in the room with the crown where you climb up the different levels and look down on the room from above. If those skeletons were fish-like characters, the picture would be complete.

We'll certainly have a total photorealism by 2010 and most likely sooner.
I look forward to the games of 2010 all taking place in tiny and sparsely-populated rooms. (Sigh)

Soon we will be playing Escape from Cell 071A, a photorealistic game five years in the making with a play area of 8'x10'x12'. You play as a Space Marine trapped in Space Prison. Eventually, they'll release an expansion called "The Vent".

Anybody know if this Elder Scrolls series is any good? I may just have to play it. :cheeky:

I certainly think so! You need a lot of time on your plate though.

Standard fantasy rogue clothes maybe.
Also I fear that image is slightly bigger than 640x480.

Don't go anywhere near the old games (Arena, Daggerfall, Battlespire, Redguard), as they are really ancient looking and just not very easy to play anymore compared to Morrowind (the real jewel of the series anyway). But I would highly recommend picking up a discounted or used copy of Morrowind, it's really a good game.
Just one note/advice about Morrowind - a lot of people (myself included) never actually finished the main quest, but still played the game for a long time and enjoyed it. There is so much to do in the large world other than the main quest, and a lot of cool exploration to engage in, that I just got wonderfully sidetracked forever! So my point is that the world is large and engaging, and that's one of the strengths of the game.
Plus there are a zillions mods you can implement if you choose. Many upgrade the graphics tremendously (rich new high res textures, gorgeous new character models [especially the hottie women], etc) if your system can handle it. Others improve the gameplay nicely (I like the ones where you now have to eat, sleep, etc, makes the world feel more real, and my favourite was the banking/property one where you could "invest" money and buy houses and stuff). There's a lot to choose from.
