How about Garretts ability to always know exactly where he is but only when its on his map!

You all comment on the heartattacks, and my Garrett has had a few too, but the other night I swear he only had a stroke! The game jumped around for a few seconds, and it seemed like he fell down to his Inviso-Knees(TM) but got right back up, no health gone! Very weird indeed.

I can't remember if Garrett has this ability, but ALL protagonists have the ability to swim backwards. Anyone ever try this? I dare ya. I double dare ya.

Wonder how it is that everyone always knows Garrett is a thief immediately on sight?
This is because he wears a special rotating subliminal slogan tunic... Guards, Hammers, Mech-bots etc. can't actually *see* it, but their subconscious registers the message...
"Musta been rats", "Twas but the wind on the torches", "No danger" and so forth...
Unfortunately, the tunic is still an early beta version, and due to the narcissistic nature of the garment's designer, the embedded 'ad-logo' frequently appears in the message rotation:
"CLOAKED BY THE NIGHT... DESIGNER DRESSING FOR THE PROFESSIONAL THIEF!!" thus, giving him away.
So now you know...

http://www.ttlg.com/forums/ubb/confused.gif I don't know how Garrett can grunt and wheeze like an asthmatic chain-smoker every time he mantles up on something (am I the only one who finds this habit annoying?), but he can run like the wind for long distances without ever losing his breath. Even after nearly drowning he regains all of his breath within seconds. Apparently he has SUPERLUNGS that have some sort of flaw that causes him to choke up when he climbs. Someone needs to provide him with an after-mantling asthma inhaler. That should cure the problem.

i dont know give the guards some credit. as long as they dont know your there you shoot em in the leg and they fall gargling their blood to death, but when they see you they activate thier cast armor made from invisible frying skilits. you shoot em point blank in the eye and all you get is an ouchie!
