He has the amazing IronGut - he can eat huge quantities of food, even multiple deer legs - bone and all and still be ready for more, or go swimming without getting cramp. Hell, upon discovering all the food in the kitchen in Cragscleft, he just refers to it as "a snack"! What's more, his stomach has the amazing ability to use apples to quickly heal nasty sword cuts or bones cracked by large hammers/maces.

More evidence of this is that he can open doors and close them while aiming his bow...unless he uses his feet or something

I know that bracers protect your arms, but what are greaves and spaulders?

Belt of Instant Momentum: how else could he jump from a still, hanging rope without first swinging it...

Garret has a MAGIC back-pack thingy for his arrows and assorted loots which only recognized arrow crystals and things of value, like precious metals and metal plates that can be made into things. Inside the back pack is a mini-black hole where everything is shrunk to the size of atoms once it is put in the bag. When he gets home and empties the bag out, the items pass back through the black hole in reverse and re-animate to the Now space-time parameter and Garret can go get his stuff fenced for cool, hard equipment.
I hope this helps.
