How about Garrett's inept ability to find food that is way to old for human consumption (again, proving his iron stomach). No matter what he finds, it always crunches whether it be cheese, bread, or deer legs (things that shouldn't crunch).
Nerves of steel. If I was in the Bonehoard, Haunted Cathedral, or basically any of the later T1 missions, I would of pissed my pants. Either those nerves of steel come into play or he has TERRIFIC bladder control.

He's incredibly calm even in the most ludicrously dangerous of situations. For example, he can say "It's a long way down." While he misses his footing and plunges to his death.
Also, he has a mysterious ability which prevents him from opening doors that lead nowhere, and stops him from pressing switches that are not productive towards him completing the mission. (For example, all those the Cetus Amicus control room.)

The ability to see out of an empty eye socket, in the missions Escape, Bedfellows and MoC. Even though he has a large gaping wound instead of an eye, he has full unhindered vision.
The ability to walk quite easily on the bottom of a body of water. Even when a strong current pushes against him, there is no trouble at all.

How about when he is running forward at full speed, stops, then goes backwards at full speed in all one fluid motion. Now how many of you can sprint, stop, and fully backpedal in less than a second? Not many, I don't think.
Or when you fire a moss arrow. Notice how it only places patches of moss, not a carpet like in a the book. Well, tell me how Garrett's feet can find all the spots of moss no matter how small to step on in that area. I think those shoes have a moss-locked tracking system (MLTS for short).

I'm not sure if this was mentioned (I skipped some), but with all the coughing and wheezing the guards do, one might think that Garret would have to clear his throat at some point. <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

Good point. Add
Non-Stick Teflon-Coated Mucus-Proof Throat to the list.

I don't think anyone has mentioned his magic black jack that can knock out a guard on the other side of a door. It's really handy when you have one chasing you and you want to get rid of him quickly.
While running from the guard, have Garrett jump a few times. He mysteriously picks up some extra speed when he jumps. Quickly run though an open door where the door is opens in the direction you are runnning. Whirl around and slam the door closed in the guard's face, then remain close against the door. The guard can't open it. But you can knock out the guard THROUGH the door.

Magic Blackjack
Guarantees a KO even if you hit your enemy in the leg. Has a magical ability to keep guards sleeping until Garrett has finished his business. Can destroy big metal-robots with a few blows.
Weapons of Shifting Power
The damage caused by Garrett's weapons decreases signicantly when his enemies are alert. A swordblow to the throat, a fire arrow in the chest or several whacks with the Magical Blackjack to the face does not bother your enemies that much if they can clearly see Garrett. Or should this count as an enemy super power? The Magical Ability To Increase Stamina Upon Alertness
