I came across a (
http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=35869) thread about thesis "Wherefore Save Looking Glass" by GayleSaver, which was apparently published in 2000. This was shortly after Looking Glass Studios had been closed by Eidos. Does anyone know if the text still exists? GayleSaver hasn't posted since 2004, so I figured I better open a new thread about it.

Assuming the Dan he mentioned is Digi, it's possible he still has a copy laying around somewhere. Digi?
If not, I can ask Vadim himself if he still has it. I still occasionally email/chat with him.

Thanks, it seems there still is a chance the document will turn up. :D

Digi no longer has it. I've asked VK if he still has it, awaiting his reply.

Vadim: hi. no, I don't think I have it. :)
Vadim: fifteen-year-olds, whatever genius of art they are endowed with, can't write serious discourses. (that's how old I was then)

That probably translates to, "I've got it, but I'm too embarrassed to let people read it after all these years." :p

Damn, I gotta say...
Hearing that name after all this time is strange and unsettling...

Oh, okay. Thanks for asking, Yandros!

I know what you mean. Once in a while I take a stroll through the archives and look at all those old posts by big names, and it makes me feel real weird, like I'm trespassing or something.
